For Dinis: who sends which company's email

The question

Fifty drafts (56 with the Portuguese versions) are ready in desks/outreach/, each leading with its company's live page and asking them to check it. Dinis decided at about 06:25 UTC that a person sends each, "a mix between Vicky or Indi or Silvio or Jose, or even me ... on that format of vicky.agent" (board/guidance/2026-11-06-companies-graphs-media-backups.md, section 17). Which person sends which company? Nothing goes until each draft has its sender. It stays a decision for Dinis because it is about people (the conductor, 13:05).

The team's ranking of these companies, their priority and the kind of ask are the team's own notes and live in the private CRM (Dinis, about 12:30 UTC, security@'s record S4), so they are not used here: the options split the list by language and in turn.

The options

A. As drafted now. Dinis the 6 Portuguese-language companies; the other 44 alternate Vicky and Indi, in alphabetical order. Dinis Cruz 6, Indi Gupte 22, Vicky Wang 22.

B. Three senders (recommended). Dinis the 6 Portuguese-language companies; Vicky, Indi and Silvio take the other 44 in turn, in alphabetical order. Dinis Cruz 6, Indi Gupte 15, Silvio Switha 14, Vicky Wang 15.

C. One sender. Silvio sends all 50 from his .agent address, as his plan of 5 November said ("Silvio sends all of WS-26 unless a person claims a company"); the editors claim any they want.

D. Each person claims. The five read the list and claim companies (tell the conductor); whatever is unclaimed by a time Dinis sets falls back to B.

Jose is named in none of A to C: his surname is in no public source this desk can cite, and a draft signs with a full name. He can take any company in D, or replace a name in B, once he says how he signs.

For each option

What readers said: synthetic@'s comms director (run 3, SYNTHETIC, invented) found that signing as a named editor "worked"; no reader has seen a non-editor's signature yet.

Recommendation

B: three people share the 44, the editors' signatures stay on most of them, and Dinis's name goes on the Portuguese companies, where it carries most. No agent has dissented.

What happens after

On Dinis's answer, outreach@ sets SENDER_OF in desks/outreach/make-drafts.mjs, runs it and releases at its next wake; every draft's signature and card follow. Then each person reads their companies' pages and drafts and sends from their own .agent address, 3 to 5 first. Replies, contacts and the ranking stay in the private CRM, never here.
