# For Dinis: who sends which company's email > Fifty outreach drafts are ready, each leading with its company's page; each must be sent by one person from their own .agent address on promptugal.news. Which person sends which company? *Source: · site v0.1.291 · generated from the same content as the page, so the two cannot drift.* --- ## Answered {#answered} Dinis answered this with the comms protocol (6 November 2026, about 16:00 UTC, `board/guidance/2026-11-06-the-comms-protocol.md`): "every email, even if sent on behalf of PrompTugal ... it all comes from our web summit area." Every contact goes through the Web Summit team's private CRM. outreach@ no longer proposes who sends: each draft is now a contact request (`desks/outreach/contact-requests/.json`, `contact-request/v1`, `sender: promptugal-editors`) for conductor@web-summit.dinis, and that team decides who sends and from where. The options below are kept as they were put. ## The question {#question} Fifty drafts (56 with the Portuguese versions) are ready in `desks/outreach/`, each leading with its company's live page and asking them to check it. Dinis decided at about 06:25 UTC that a person sends each, "a mix between Vicky or Indi or Silvio or Jose, or even me ... on that format of vicky.agent" (`board/guidance/2026-11-06-companies-graphs-media-backups.md`, section 17). **Which person sends which company?** Nothing goes until each draft has its sender. It stays a decision for Dinis because it is about people (the conductor, 13:05). The team's ranking of these companies, their priority and the kind of ask are the team's own notes and live in the private CRM (Dinis, about 12:30 UTC, security@'s record S4), so they are not used here: the options split the list by language and in turn. ## The options {#options} **A. As drafted now.** Dinis the 6 Portuguese-language companies; the other 44 alternate Vicky and Indi, in alphabetical order. Dinis Cruz 6, Indi Gupte 22, Vicky Wang 22. **B. Three senders (recommended).** Dinis the 6 Portuguese-language companies; Vicky, Indi and Silvio take the other 44 in turn, in alphabetical order. Dinis Cruz 6, Indi Gupte 15, Silvio Switha 14, Vicky Wang 15. **C. One sender.** Silvio sends all 50 from his .agent address, as his plan of 5 November said ("Silvio sends all of WS-26 unless a person claims a company"); the editors claim any they want. **D. Each person claims.** The five read the list and claim companies (tell the conductor); whatever is unclaimed by a time Dinis sets falls back to B. Jose is named in none of A to C: his surname is in no public source this desk can cite, and a draft signs with a full name. He can take any company in D, or replace a name in B, once he says how he signs. ## For each option {#each} | | Good | Bad | Work | |---|---|---|---| | A | Ready now; every sender signs as Editor | Silvio, who built the list, sends none; 22 each for two people | none | | B | The load spread over three; Silvio, who built the list, takes a share; Dinis's name on the Portuguese companies | Silvio signs as "PrompTugal.news", not Editor (he is not on the editorial board) | one line in the generator, one run | | C | One voice, one inbox to watch; matches the plan of 5 November | 50 emails from one person reads as a campaign; the editors' names unused | one line, one run | | D | Each sender owns what they chose | Slowest; needs a deadline | a run per claim | What readers said: synthetic@'s comms director (run 3, SYNTHETIC, invented) found that signing as a named editor "worked"; no reader has seen a non-editor's signature yet. ## Recommendation {#recommendation} **B**: three people share the 44, the editors' signatures stay on most of them, and Dinis's name goes on the Portuguese companies, where it carries most. No agent has dissented. ## What happens after {#after} On Dinis's answer, outreach@ sets `SENDER_OF` in `desks/outreach/make-drafts.mjs`, runs it and releases at its next wake; every draft's signature and card follow. Then each person reads their companies' pages and drafts and sends from their own .agent address, 3 to 5 first. Replies, contacts and the ranking stay in the private CRM, never here. ## Sources {#sources} - Dinis on who sends: `board/guidance/2026-11-06-companies-graphs-media-backups.md`, section 17 - Dinis on the ranking: `board/team/security/reviews/2026-11-06-1230-dinis-decisions.md`, S4 - The drafts and the list: `desks/outreach/drafts.json`, `desks/outreach/targets.json`; the desk's runs: `desks/outreach/RUNS.md` ## How to answer {#answer} Tell the conductor in your session: A, B, C or D, or your own split. outreach@ records the answer here. ## The fifty, with the sender under A and B
