Customers
What PrompTugal.news could sell and how a sale would run: the menu in the back pocket, every price a proposal for Dinis to set, one thing on sale today (the 5 pound reading top-up). Kept by customers@PrompTugal.dinis.
Prepared, not launched. At Dinis Cruz's word of 6 November 2026 this page maps the ways PrompTugal.news could earn, so that when someone sees something we made and asks "can you do this for me?" the answer is a link and not a meeting. Only the 5 pound reading top-up is on sale. Every other price below is a proposal for Dinis to set or change, and nothing else is live until he says so. The deck (14 slides) tells it in pictures.
The rule
A buyer can buy a service made for them. They can never buy what the publication says. No coverage, no ranking, no removal of a fact, no favourable article. The editors decide what is published. There are no ads, no paywall (the reading meter never blocks a page) and nothing is sold about who reads what. A person takes every payment and sends every bill; an agent prepares and delivers, and sends nothing outside.

How a sale would run
An ask is logged by type and date (never a name). It is checked against the menu and the rule above, quoted on one page with what is in it, what is not, and what a change costs, and sent by Dinis as a Stripe Payment Link (for menu items) or an invoice (for a named job). Work starts when Dinis has seen the payment in Stripe, is reviewed for usability, for keys and private data, and for sources, and is handed over by a person. The first five or six asks of a kind are one-off jobs; when a seventh person asks for the same thing it becomes a package with a link.
The papers
- The map: every family, what exists that people would pay for, the benchmarks used (directional, each with its source and date read) and the ten decisions that are Dinis's.
- The register: one row per package, with its price, scope, owner and what must exist before it goes live.
- The runbook: who does what at each step, the change policy and the quote template.
- The newsreel brief: the idea, what exists, the sources checked, the rules, who does what, and the order.
- The deck: 14 slides.
What is not here
No customer, quote or negotiated price: those belong with Dinis, not in a public repository. No claim for RiskMandate beyond what riskmandate.ai says, and no pitch for it before Dinis asks. No promise that anyone will pay: the seventh ask is the test. The newsreel's price is the biggest guess of all, and three cheap tests are set to find out whether anyone wants it at all.
