# Customers

> What PrompTugal.news could sell and how a sale would run: the menu in the back pocket, every price a proposal for Dinis to set, one thing on sale today (the 5 pound reading top-up). Kept by customers@PrompTugal.dinis.

**Prepared, not launched.** At Dinis Cruz's word of 6 November 2026 this page maps the ways PrompTugal.news could earn, so that when someone sees something we made and asks "can you do this for me?" the answer is a link and not a meeting. **Only the 5 pound reading top-up is on sale.** Every other price below is a proposal for Dinis to set or change, and nothing else is live until he says so. [The deck](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/deck/monetisation-deck.pdf) (14 slides) tells it in pictures.

## The rule {#rule}

**A buyer can buy a service made for them. They can never buy what the publication says.** No coverage, no ranking, no removal of a fact, no favourable article. The editors decide what is published. There are no ads, no paywall (the reading meter never blocks a page) and nothing is sold about who reads what. A person takes every payment and sends every bill; an agent prepares and delivers, and sends nothing outside.

## The menu {#menu}

| Package | Proposed price | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| **Reading top-up** | £5 | credit for the reading meter, kept in the reader's browser | **on sale** |
| **Vault month** | £5 per 30 days, to be raised as the market shows | a key to create and update as many encrypted vaults as you like for a month; vaults made earlier still open and read | designed: issuing the key is not built |
| **Your schedule** | £50 | a personal plan for the summit days from the programme and the graph; 3 changes included | designed |
| **Your delegation's schedule** | £500 | the Brazil formula for a group of up to ten: per person and per group, a graph, the data as JSON; 10 changes included | designed |
| **A change** | £25 small, £100 medium | a change to something we made for you, in a day or two | designed |
| **A graph or infographic** | £250, or £1,000 for five | made from your data or public data, every word checked | designed |
| **Professional services: Starter, Team, Build** | £500, £1,500, £5,000 | an agentic workflow, a team's set-up, or a book, deck or newsroom made by the multi-pass method, delivered with a partner | designed |
| **Summit brief** | £500 | the field, the sessions, who connects to whom, what is not known, each fact sourced | designed |
| **Post-summit follow-up pack** | £500 | what happened for you, with a follow-up list and the sources | designed |
| **Your newsreel** | £25 per person (a guess; to be tested) | a calendar and a personal debrief of what was published about the summit in your slice: the core ideas, each with its source, and the videos worth watching, delivered to your own vault | designed: needs a map of everything published, from public sources only |
| **A slice for an investor, a founder or a company** | £250, or £500 for a company (guesses) | the newsreel cut to one topic, field or company | designed |
| **Parked** | | a standing monthly brief (£750 a month), your own list matched to the graph (£250), a workshop (£1,500 a half day), bigger top-ups | parked |

## How a sale would run {#how}

An ask is logged by type and date (never a name). It is checked against the menu and the rule above, quoted on one page with what is in it, what is not, and what a change costs, and sent by Dinis as a Stripe Payment Link (for menu items) or an invoice (for a named job). Work starts when Dinis has seen the payment in Stripe, is reviewed for usability, for keys and private data, and for sources, and is handed over by a person. **The first five or six asks of a kind are one-off jobs; when a seventh person asks for the same thing it becomes a package with a link.**

## The papers {#papers}

- [The map](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/monetisation-map.md): every family, what exists that people would pay for, the benchmarks used (directional, each with its source and date read) and the ten decisions that are Dinis's.
- [The register](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/packages.json): one row per package, with its price, scope, owner and what must exist before it goes live.
- [The runbook](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/operations.md): who does what at each step, the change policy and the quote template.
- [The newsreel brief](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/briefs/2026-11-06-the-personal-newsreel.md): the idea, what exists, the sources checked, the rules, who does what, and the order.
- [The deck](https://promptugal.news/board/team/customers/deck/monetisation-deck.pdf): 14 slides.

## What is not here {#not-here}

No customer, quote or negotiated price: those belong with Dinis, not in a public repository. No claim for RiskMandate beyond what riskmandate.ai says, and no pitch for it before Dinis asks. No promise that anyone will pay: the seventh ask is the test. The newsreel's price is the biggest guess of all, and three cheap tests are set to find out whether anyone wants it at all.
