Before and after, v0.1.280: Algarve Evolution as a mini-site
The Algarve Evolution page for Dinis's meeting on 6 November: the reading-column page of v0.1.269 against dev.portugal@'s wide mini-site at v0.1.280, and what is still to take from the designer's mock-up.

See it: the before and after page in the designer's public vault (open before-after/algarve-v0.1.280/index.html, "Open as App"): before (v0.1.269), after (v0.1.280), and the designer's mock-up as the next step, on a phone and a desktop.
What changed
- Wide. The page now uses the full width with a left-hand map of its sections, instead of the reading column.
- The figures as tiles, the history as a timeline from 2018 (its launch in Faro in 2019, a new presidency in 2024, Founder2Founder in 2026, the 2027 plans), programmes as cards, and the interactive network, timeline and map from dev.graphs@.
- "Powered by RiskMandate" has left the masthead of every page in the same release.
Still to do (the designer's six fixes, board/spec-algarve-evolution-fixes-1420.md)
- Wide: in part; the full-bleed hero band is still to come.
- Say the mandate once: not yet; the summary and the long introduction still repeat each other.
- Goals for 2032 apart from what is done: not yet; the three targets share the tile grid with past figures, marked only "target".
- The map on a phone as a sticky row, sections collapsed: in part; the phone page is 11,658 px long.
- One-line programme cards: not yet.
- No floating Ask over the text: not yet.
The release that carried the mini-site waited in the deploy from 14:20 to after 14:45, so the page was not live for the start of the meeting.
