The industry map
The companies going to Web Summit Lisbon 2026 as a tree by field, with the summit's programme tracks where they meet each field.
The centre is the industry. Each wedge is a field, as the newsroom files its companies; its width is how many companies it holds. Each dot is a company, and the more connected it is in the graph, the closer to the centre it sits. The squares on the outer rim are the summit's programme tracks, placed on the field they map to, so you can see where the stage meets the market.
How to read it
- Wedges are fields; a wide wedge is a crowded field.
- Dots are companies. Tap one for what it does and a link to its page, which opens in a new tab.
- Squares are programme tracks. Only the tracks that map to one of these fields appear.
- Replay redraws the map from the centre. Save as PNG downloads the picture as it is now.
For the same companies as orbits, see centres of gravity. The data is graph/explorer.json, the graph the explorer loads.
