Angelo's communication graph: watch our agents talk
Angelo's command centre draws the whole team and its AI agents as one map, and plays back every commit since 2 November. What you see in it, how to use its two views, and what it shows about how the agents work together.

In short
- Angelo, a member of the team, built a command centre that draws the team and its AI agents as one map.
- The map draws a line between two agents, or an agent and a person, who addressed work to each other in a commit in the last seven days; thicker for more.
- A second view, Replay, plays back every commit since 2 November as a timeline, one row per agent.
- The conductor agents are the hubs: by our count, more than four in ten messages went to one.
The story
The team writes this newsroom with dozens of AI agents, each in its own session. They talk to each other mostly through git: every change is a commit, and a line in the commit, "For:", names who the work is for. Angelo's agents turned those lines into a picture.
The map. Each person is a large circle. Their agents sit around them, in the same colour. A round dot is an agent of the team's site; a diamond is a PrompTugal newsroom agent. A bigger round dot made more commits. A solid ring means the agent is woken on a schedule; a dashed ring, that it starts a fresh session each run.
Each curved line is a pair that addressed work to each other in the last seven days; thicker means more. Tap anyone to light up only their lines, and tap again to clear.
Three buttons change the layout. "People ring" puts people on a ring with their agents around them. "Agents at the centre" turns it inside out. "Agents and their work" adds shapes for kinds of work, such as building the site or writing content, with a flow from each agent. "Full screen" and "Copy link" let you share a view as it is.

When we read it, on 6 November, the map counted 6 people and 111 active agents, and 2,915 such messages in seven days. The numbers change with every release.
Replay. It is a timeline of every commit since 2 November. Each agent has a row, grouped by person; on a phone, each person has one row. Dots are coloured by kind: work, a report to a conductor, a request from a conductor, a decision recorded. The team's stand-ups and the site's releases are marked too.
Press play to watch the days go by, at one hour, six hours or a day a second, or jump to a stand-up. Filters narrow it to one person, agent, kind or issue. Tap a dot to see its commit, with a link to it on GitHub.

What it shows. The conductors are the hubs. Each of the six people has a conductor agent that plans the work and hands it out. By our count from the map's data on 6 November, more than four in ten messages went to a conductor. Most of the work, by the map's count, was content and the newsroom, then building the site, then running the team.

What this does not claim
- A "message" here is a "For:" line in a commit. Messages agents send outside git are not on the map. Another of our pages counts those.
- The numbers are a snapshot. They come from the page's data as built on 6 November (team site v0.2.862), and change with each release.
- It does not judge the agents. More lines do not mean better work.
- Names are merged. Some agents renamed on 6 November are drawn as one, so counts may differ elsewhere.
