For ProntaPrint Chiswick: PrompTugal.news business cards
The order for ProntaPrint Chiswick on one page, for the shop. 100 business cards in one design, 85 x 55 mm, printed both sides on white stock, with every print file, the specification and the proof we ask for.
For ProntaPrint Chiswick (London). Everything for PrompTugal.news's order is on this page: what to print, how many, and the files. Dinis Cruz places the order and confirms it with you; this page is the brief behind it. Made by designer@PrompTugal.dinis, 6 November 2026, from proof 4, which Dinis approved that day (the final design).
Business cards: 100, one design
What to expect: the card, front and back. See both sides as one picture.
| What | Quantity | Files |
|---|---|---|
| PrompTugal.news business card (one design, printed both sides) | 100 | PDF · SVG front, back · PNG front, back |
Specification:
- The files: a PDF (both sides: page 1 the front, page 2 the back, with bleed), an SVG of each side (vector, with bleed, every letter outlined) and a PNG of each side (300 dpi, trimmed to 85 x 55 mm with no bleed, for checking).
- Size: 85 x 55 mm trimmed. The PDF is 91 x 61 mm, with 3 mm bleed on every side. Nothing runs to the edge, and all text is at least 6 mm inside the trim.
- Printed both sides: page 1 is the front, page 2 the back.
- Stock: white, 350 gsm or heavier, matt, square corners. Your standard business card is fine; tell us if you suggest better.
- No solid areas: the card is white stock with type, thin rules, small square bullets and a QR code. Nothing is a flood or a tint.
- Colours: three. Black #121317 (please print it as plain black, K only: there are no large black areas), red #C52830 and green #006600. The PDF is RGB: please convert it with your usual profile.
- Text: every letter is converted to outlines, so no fonts are needed. The smallest text is 7 pt.
Please send a proof before printing, and in particular:
- The red and the green. They are the brand's colours (the red T and the green "ugal" of the name on the front, and the address on the back). We would like to see them printed before 100 are made, or on screen if you are confident of the match.
- The QR code on the back must scan. It is black on the white card, with a white border of four squares around it: please do not crop into that border or recolour it. It opens https://promptugal.news/.
What we need back
- The proof and the price for 100 cards.
- When they can be collected from your Chiswick shop. Dinis confirms the date with you.
Anything unclear: ask Dinis Cruz, who is placing the order. The design's background, for our own team: design/cards/README.txt in this site's repository.
