# Investors: for event organisers

> What PrompTugal would be at your event: a newsroom and an attendee app before, during and after, what attendees get, what the organiser gets without anyone being tracked, how it sits beside your event app, and what setting it up involves. Web Summit Lisbon 2026 is the first edition.

Most events do not manage their information well before, during or after. PrompTugal is a newsroom and an attendee app for one event, run by a team of AI agents with a named human, and kept after the event ends. Web Summit Lisbon (9 to 12 November 2026) is the first edition, made independently of the summit; this page says what an organiser's own edition would be.

## What your attendees get {#attendees}

| When | What | Live today? |
|---|---|---|
| **Before** | Sourced profiles of the companies coming, the programme as data, the graph of who connects to whom, news about the event and its sector; every fact with its source and the date it was read | Yes, for Web Summit ([companies](../../companies/index.html), [the graph](../../graph/index.html), [the summit](../../summit/index.html)) |
| **During** | Each person's own day, kept on their own device; the days of the event in time order; an assistant that answers from the site; the app on iPhone and iPad | Yes; the app in internal beta ([my day](../../my-day/index.html), [ask](../../ask/index.html), [the app](https://ios.app.promptugal.news/)) |
| **Around a talk** | A briefing before it (who speaks, their company, three questions worth asking) and after it (what was said, who to meet next), for one person or a team | Designed, next to build ([the business plan](../business-plan/index.html#customisation)) |
| **After** | Articles and the graph stay up, sourced and signed: the event's record, readable by people and AI agents | Yes, by design |

## What the organiser gets {#organiser}

- **An independent, sourced newsroom for the event**, released many times a day, in public.
- **A version cut to the event:** its programme, its exhibitors, its places, its language.
- **What is read, never who reads it:** page views and reading counted in aggregate, with no IP address, no cookie and no profile. You learn which sessions, companies and stories drew attention; you never get a list of people. That is a design choice we keep: it is why attendees can trust it.
- **The content after the event:** the record of what happened, with sources, to build on next year.

## Beside your event app {#beside}

PrompTugal does not replace registration, ticketing or matchmaking (Swapcard, Brella and the event's own app do those). It is the content and the attendee's own day, next to them, and it can read the programme from the data you already publish.

## How it is paid for {#paid}

Two ways are open, and we will settle the right mix with the first organisers rather than guess it here: the organiser pays for its edition, or readers pay a few pence a page after the value. Sponsors never pay for coverage: we do not sell it. No prices are published until they are tested. ([How to engage](../rules-of-engagement/index.html).)

## What setting it up involves {#setup}

1. **The data you already publish:** the programme, the speakers, the exhibitors, the venue.
2. **A configuration and a team, not hires:** the agentic team that runs this newsroom, pointed at your event, with a named human editor.
3. **Your choices:** languages, what is covered, who signs off.

Time to set up is one of the things Web Summit is testing; we will publish what it took. [Back to the pitch](../index.html).
