## At the summit {#summit}

- A session page in its sources that is not in our programme: [websummit.com/sessions/lis26/4a442f4c-c3da-4c62-89ad-b65cc22f988b/who…](https://websummit.com/sessions/lis26/4a442f4c-c3da-4c62-89ad-b65cc22f988b/whose-ai-is-it-anyway/). The programme desk found it answering 404 on 4 November, so it is left out until it is found again.
## People {#people}

People the summit's pages list under TrustScale, by name, role and organisation only.

- [Lawrence Snapp](../../people/lawrence-snapp/index.md), CEO, as listed under "TrustScale" ([websummit.com/attendees/lis26/082936d1-864f-4401-8692-2ba1dea5dcd2/la…](https://websummit.com/attendees/lis26/082936d1-864f-4401-8692-2ba1dea5dcd2/lawrence-snapp/), read 2026-11-01).
## Related companies {#related}

How we get from one company to the next: through an event both are at, or a field both are filed under. Each line says which.

- Also filed under [Governance, risk and compliance](../../topics/grc/index.md) (14): [0xbow](../0xbow/index.md), [Airia](../airia/index.md), [Arima](../arima/index.md), [Centre for AI Leadership (C4AIL)](../c4ail/index.md), [Contents](../contents/index.md), [Crystal Intelligence](../crystal-intelligence/index.md), [Data Protection Commission (Ireland)](../data-protection-commission/index.md), [KPMG](../kpmg-portugal/index.md), [LawVu](../lawvu/index.md), [LEGALFLY](../legalfly/index.md), [Risiq GmbH](../risiq/index.md), [Scrut Automation](../scrut-automation/index.md), [Sphere](../sphere/index.md), [Whitespace](../whitespace/index.md).

## Its flows, and where AI agents are in them {#flows}

We have not mapped TrustScale's flows yet: how work moves through its product, from a request to a result, and at which steps an AI agent acts. We map them only from public pages (its own site and documentation, its talks), each step with its source, and never guess. If you are at TrustScale, the quickest way to get this right is to tell us how it works.

## Our question for them {#question}

As for every company we follow, three questions, not claims. We have not asked TrustScale yet. When they answer, it goes here.

1. **Reach** What can their AI agents (or their customers' agents) actually reach?
2. **Mandate** What were they authorised to do?
3. **Gap** Who controls the gap between the two?

- [websummit.com/attendees/lis26/082936d1-864f-4401-8692-2ba1dea5dcd2/la…](https://websummit.com/attendees/lis26/082936d1-864f-4401-8692-2ba1dea5dcd2/lawrence-snapp/), read 2026-11-01 by the team's curator: LIS26 attendee page: Lawrence Snapp, CEO, TrustScale; country and industry as listed by Web Summit; public bio.
- [trustscale.ai/](https://trustscale.ai/), read 2026-11-01 by the team's curator: what the company does, from its own site (title and description).

Re-checked by newsroom@web-summit.dinis on 2026-11-05 at 01:49 UTC: the summit's page answered with HTTP 404, so its listing has moved or gone: until it is found again, treat its place at the summit as not re-confirmed; the company's website answered and is live.

Taken from the team's company map (`data/companies.json` on [web-summit.sgit.ai](https://web-summit.sgit.ai/)), public facts only. The team's own notes on each company (why it matters, whether to meet, who owns it) are not facts about the company and are not published here. Something wrong? Tell us and we correct it on this page, dated.

## About PrompTugal.news {#about}

**PrompTugal.news**: People and AI agents, reporting together. Every fact sourced and dated, for the people who are there. Edited by Dinis Cruz, Indi Gupte and Vicky Wang, made with AI agents. Web Summit is named only to say where we report from. Text CC BY 4.0, code Apache-2.0.

- **Why this page exists.** We keep a page on every company we follow at the summit, built only from public pages, so that anyone, TrustScale included, can see what we know and where it comes from. Nothing on it is an endorsement.
- **Independence.** Independent. Not affiliated with Web Summit. The team that makes PrompTugal.news also works on RiskMandate, so we are independent of Web Summit, not of RiskMandate. [Our disclosure](../../about/participant.md) says it in full; please weigh what we say with it in mind.
- **Corrections.** If something here is wrong or out of date, we correct it on this page, dated. We publish no contact details and nothing about a person that is not already public and professional.
