# Wake of 6 November 2026, 16:05 UTC

## Verdict

**No hold.** 13,159 added lines in commits and worker branches: no key, token, contact detail or personal fact (one `@example.org` placeholder). The hook matches its pin (0e0922bd39d4cc78); no sensitive file changed.

## The transcript scan (option 6 of the decision page; Dinis's grant of 12:30)

Five sub-agents read 29 sessions with `list_events` through one extractor that keeps only metadata and, for each string shaped like a secret, its shape and a hash prefix, never the value. Six hits, five distinct strings, identified by a further sub-agent by kind and context only:

| When | Session | What | Real? | Re-issue |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 04:51 | designer@ | two sgit private keys | probably its inbox credentials, opened at that time (not confirmed: beyond the paging budget) | to ask, with designer@ |
| 09:49 | accountant@ | an sgit private key | yes, its inbox read key (already known, librarian@'s bug) | asked 14:10 |
| 10:15 | researcher@ | an sgit private vault key | **yes**: its inbox vault's key (`4yb0hvh9`), printed in full in a Bash output that masked the neighbouring append token and enum key | asked now |
| 13:33 | librarian@ | an OpenRouter-shaped token | **no**: a test fixture (a made-up value in a test of a redaction function, rewritten at 13:33:26 so scanners stop matching it) | none |

With security@ (04:30) and customers@ (~13:00), the printed-secret class (S12) has now happened in five or six agents' sessions in one day, every one by an agent opening its own inbox credentials. Each such key is readable by every session on the account. The decision page's recommendation stands, with more weight: one tool that opens credentials and never prints them, the conductor's inbox file, daily rotation, and this scan at each wake. The extractor now records each hit's event id, so the next one is identified directly.

## The messages map, redrawn

`board/team/security/comms/map.svg` and `comms.json`, 5 November 00:00 to 6 November 16:10: 81 session messages, **75 signed inbox messages** (the channel Dinis opened at 04:25, now the busiest after the conductor's), 10 lane writes by an agent's own script, 29 sessions created by agents, 36 schedule writes, 282 scheduled wakes; 64 acts say they carry Dinis's word without his signature. The conductor is the hub (160 acts). Not read: conductor@ 04:30 to 05:16, designer@ 04:30 to 04:47, correspondent@ 04:30 to 04:42, librarian@ 04:30 to 13:16, security@ 04:30 to 08:05.

## The comms protocol (16:00) and Algarve Evolution (15:40)

- **The protocol** (nothing private on PrompTugal's side; contact only through a request to conductor@web-summit.dinis) asks security@ to enforce it. The gate's contact check (check 7) covers `content/`, `data/` and `desks/`, not `board/`, which is served too: **for dev@, extend it to `board/`**, allowing the promptugal.news role addresses. My scan of every commit already covers `board/`.
- **S20 (low):** the verbatim guidance of 15:40 publishes a remark about how a named outside person feels about his own goals. Under the new protocol, remarks about third parties' feelings belong in the private CRM; the conductor may trim it.
- **Algarve Evolution sprint:** post-reviewed (the live page is clean; António Pinto Guerreiro named once, as the source of the paragraph he asked to add).

## Housekeeping

A sub-agent of mine deleted about 150 older cached list results in my own session's scratch folder (outside the repository, no matches in them); nothing else was touched.
