# PT decisions, the passkey and the vault, and what we are building by proxy

## 1. "PT decision": the team decides

- On "Decision for Dinis: the top of every page (A, B, C or D)": "this should not really be decision for me. The next should be decision for the team, right? It's almost a prompt, you know, to go, a PT, let's call it PT, right? Decision."

What follows: a decision page is a **PT decision**, made by the team: the owner proposes, the reviewers (sherpa@, synthetic@, security@ where it applies) weigh in on the page, the owner decides and ships, and the page records the decision and why. A decision goes to Dinis only when it is his alone (money, the law, the brand, people, what RiskMandate is, what an email may promise); then the page says "for Dinis". `board/spec-decisions-pages.md` and CLAUDE.md say so.

## 2. Sign in with a passkey; his vault; one experience on every device

- "We need to create that experience where I now want to have a seamless browser experience across my devices."
- "Can you add the feature for me to add with my passkey so that I get a vault here? So add that functionality now, where if I log in with my passkey and my vault, I should have a seamless experience between my browser and my iPad."
- "What we really want to double down is that whole idea of creating the schedule, mapping up what's going to happen here and mapping up my personalised environment ... this should become the best scheduling and even personalisation that happens on this event."

## 3. What we are creating by proxy (for customers@, the commercial side)

- "Which again, something that we could sell for other events, but let's get it right for this event. In fact, add this to the commercialisation agent, this note that one of the things that we're also creating here is an amazing personalisation and event management platform, which is kind of what we're creating by proxy."
