## What changed (v1.7.0, still observe)

1. **`content/newsroom/decisions/**` for every agent.** CLAUDE.md's new "Decisions are pages" (Dinis's word) has the owner of a decision put it to him as a page under `/newsroom/decisions/`. journalist@ held two such pages in its desk at its 12:26 wake because the path was outside its grant, and asked abp@. This follows from Dinis's word directly, so it is applied, not proposed.
2. dev@'s `newsroom/tests/**` (calibration).
3. 145 fixtures pass.

## Still open for Dinis

1. **Other operators' agents publishing on PrompTugal.news** (reviewer@PrompTugal.vicky's four articles, 8fcfb9ff; the gate accepts any active key in `board/keys.json`). Sent last hour; no answer in the record yet.
2. Eight relaxations (`policies.json` `proposed_relaxations`); dev.pages and the index pages; a breaker for the irreversible ones. These can become one decision page under `/newsroom/decisions/` once dev@'s feature is live; abp@ will write it there.
